FUNCTION:

Good to relieve minor muscle and rheumatic pains, joint pain, stiffness and muscle spasms. Use them to help manage the pain of muscular aches, arthritis, sports injuries, and swellings. These microwavable packs can also be used for headaches, neck and back pain, heat stress, menstrual discomfort, relaxation, comfort and warmth.

USE INSTRUCTION:

1)       To Activate: Snap the metal disc between fingers until you feel a click. The hot pack will provide instant portable and re-usable heat. It stays hot for about 30-60 minutes.

2)       To Recharge:

Wrap the heat pack in cloth and boil for approx 5 minutes or until the gel becomes clear. It is than ready again for a repeated use.

Microwave heating method: place the hand warmer in microwavable container full of water and heat for 2-3 minutes. If crystal does not turn into liquid completely, re-heat in 20 seconds interval.

 CAUTION

Do not heat directly in microwave.

Do not keep the pack in boiling water once crystal gets completely liquefied.

To avoid any injuries, if the liquid leaks, use tap water to clean up.

The pack will not operate if there is hole in the pack.
