To use cold:.Place pack in the freezer for at least 1 hour before using. .Apply directly, or use with a cover to protect skin if feel uncomfortable.
To Use hot: .Immerse in hot water for approximate 7 minutes. If temperature is not as expected,reheat for another several more minutes..Can also be heated in microwave, max 30 seconds at 700W. Time should be reduced for microwave with higher power ratings..For hot therapy the use of a cover is strongly recommended..
