Warm Eye Mask helps:
- soothing pressure to tired or swollen eyes

Cold Eye Mask helps:
- relieving congestion & inflammation in the eyes

- fever and headaches
- swelling from injury or surgery
- sunburn discomfort

Directions:

COLD: Freeze in refrigerator or freezer until eye mask feels comfortable cold.

WARM: Soak in hot water for 2-5 minutes. Do not heat to boiling.

Microwave: Heat for up to 10 seconds and wait until eye mask is comfortable to touch.

Caution: People with diabetes, circulatory disease, infections, skin disorders, eye injuries, etc should seek medical advice before use. DO NOT apply to a wound or site of infection without prior authorization from your doctor.
