FUNCTION:

For cold: Ideal to use for Reducing Swelling, Toothache, Temporary Relief of Headache, Reducing Fevers

For hot : Ideal to use for Temporary Relief of Muscle Aches, Back Pain, Sinusitis, Menstrual Cramps

USE INSTRUCTIONS:

Application: Cold

Store in the freezer so that the pack is ready to use in case of injury. Approximately 1 hour is needed to freeze gel.

Application: Hot

Microwave: Place gel pack into microwave for approximately 30 seconds (if the gel is at room temperature) or 1 minute (if the gel pack is frozen)on high power. After this time, check that the correct temperature has been reached. If not, further exposure should be given in 10 second bursts.

CHARACTERISTICS:

Compared with normal gel pack,gelatinous pack has the following features:

.Much more elastic;

.Much thinner,will not flow when pressed or even hung up vertically.

.Entirely clear gel.

.Easier to confirm to human bodies.

.Will not become into thinner gel like normal gel always dose, even after long time

using and under direct sunlight.

CAUTION:

Whether used hot or cold, it is advisable to check that the temperature is not too extreme against the skin.

It is also recommended that the gel pack is wrapped in cloth before applying to the skin.
